The RCI Diamond Award is offered every year to a resorts operations team member who continually goes above and beyond what is expected, exudes a positive and friendly attitude and provides RCI exchange guests and owners with the best possible service experience. Approximately 250 and 300 persons only receive this award out of all the RCI affiliated resorts in Latin America and Caribbean.
