The high level of hospitality offered on Aruba is well exemplified by the Costa Linda Beach Resort, where Reservations Manager Swienda Hengeveld was recently singled out for her outstanding and valuable contributions to guest satisfaction . Caribbean Account Executive Cherie Jeffries, with the exchange company of RCI, was recently on island to personally present both recipients with the honor of the “Diamond Award”.

The Diamond Award is offered every year to a resort’s operations team member who continually goes above and beyond what is expected, exudes a positive and friendly attitude and provides RCI exchange guests and owners with the best possible service experience. Only 250 to 300 people, out of all the RCI-affiliated resorts in Latin America and Caribbean, receive this award each year.

Swienda’s contributions have helped to maintain Costa Linda Beach Resort’s Gold Crown Resort status, RCI’s highest rating for resorts that display continuous improvement of the property and an unwavering attention to service to guests.
